  I've done my taxes with Sorge for the last 4 or so years now. I am always pleased with my return and the timeliness of when I submit my paperwork and when the money gets deposited in my bank account. It always seems like I get a lot more money than I did when doing my own taxes. They also noticed I did not claim something I could have on a previous years return and amended it for me and got me some extra money back.

  I've been working with Sorge CPA for quite a few years now. I've always been very pleased with their professionalism & knowledge. I feel like they always have my best interest at heart and are always available to answer any questions I have. I refer all my personal and business relationships to Sorge because I know they'll be happy I did.

  I called a month ago asking if someone else could assist with my needs at they were not being met by my current provider any longer. Whom I had for many years but over time things just took longer and longer. When I started getting letters from state talking about seizing my account and etc threats they use I figured time to change. I politely called and mentioned my issues didn't raise my voice or say anything inappropriate. With that I receive a voicemail from whom I believe was the owner as his last name is used in name of business. He goes on and says name of lady that has been "doing" my taxes which IVE NEVER MET THIS PERSON BUT THEIR DOING MY TAXES then why am I meeting, discussing, emailing with another person??? From their he says their is a past bill due and that they will be terminating my services. WOW first I have no issue paying any bill. I always told lady I met with to send bill and I can't help that it never gets sent. A MONTH LATER STILL NO BILL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE even when I attempted to be very courteous to YOUR COMPANY after Fing MY TAXES UP

  This will be my third year using Sorge CPA for my personal and small business tax filling. I've been really happy with my past year fillings, they have gotten me a great return every year and they are very knowledgeable and respond quickly to any questions I have. They also seem very willing to educate their clients and set up meetings through the year and prior to end of the year filling. I would recommend Sorge for personal or business tax and accounting services.
